The Tecnoforming wheels are projected, developed, produced and assembled in Italy
with components and materials of very high quality.
Each step of the production process is subject to sample test or to a 100% control.
Once produced, theTecnoforming wheel receives inside certification and official TÜV homologation to meet international safety standards.
Fatigue test
This machine is used to control the resistance of the wheel when the vehicle is driven with full load.
Run out
This test has the purpose of controlling the perfect rotundity of the rim at the point where the tyre will be mounted.
This control is important to guarantee the total absence of any vibration during high-speed driving.
Dimensional test
Automatic machines are used to check the most important dimensions and sizes of the wheel such as: center bore, offset, pcd, etc…
Quality control
All of the wheels produced by Tecnoforming are tested by specialized workers using manual or electronic devices before packaging.
The results of these tests are recorded in appropriate documents and saved in our computer system.
Hardness test
Tecnoforming constantly carries out the necessary tests to verify the aluminium alloy composition and the stainless steel material corresponding to the standard requirement.
Impact test
This is one of the hardest resistance tests.
It is performed on a wheel complete with tyre and simulates the effect
of the impact of the wheel against
a side walk.
